Metalica and Legatica have achieved the highest LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications

The Metalica and Legatica buildings in Nová Waltrovka have received two prestigious international certifications – LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum – the highest possible classification. They also become the first Penta Real Estate group buildings in the Czech Republic to achieve WELL certification, joining the Zleep hotel, which has been a proud BREEAM Outstanding award since last year.
