On the rooftops of the Metalica and Legatica office buildings, you’ll find photovoltaic panels generating clean, green energy. The installation of these panels was co-funded through the EU Emissions Trading System via the Modernisation Fund.

We are pleased that, thanks to our sun-powered rooftop, the office buildings at Nová Waltrovka can benefit from renewable electricity sources.

Nová Waltrovka aims to be a place that is considerate of both its immediate surroundings and the entire planet. That’s why the area features not only newly planted trees and shrubs, but also green roofs equipped with modern, energy-saving technologies.
